This is the replacement t/t scout, with 4 outboard and blah blah blah. The owner thought that the city marina across the street from his a1a top floor penthouse was trying to charge him too much for a slip that he can see looking down from his "penthouse". The city marina has set summer and winter rates that we all pay yet this rich man who lives on the top floor of a building off of Las olas and a1a on fort Lauderdale beach. A man who replaced a perfectly good "scout" with this $800000 junk and doesn't want to pay the same rate as you or I.
